An innovative solution to encourage hydration and help users remember to drink more water!

P is a user-friendly app designed specifically to remind users to stay hydrated. Unlike other water tracker apps, P simplifies the process by eliminating the need for users to manually input their water consumption.

Instead, users simply need to tap a single button each time they visit the bathroom. This feature is especially convenient for Apple Watch users as it can be easily accessed.

When there has been a three-hour gap since your last visit to the bathroom, P will send you a reminder to drink water (excluding during sleep). This gamification of water consumption sets P apart from other water trackers and makes staying hydrated more engaging.

P offers ten different ways to log your visits to the bathroom:

 <li>Open the app and tap the "Log Pee" button</li>
 <li>Log a pee from the Widget</li>
 <li>Tap an action on a notification</li>
 <li>Log a pee using the app icon shortcut</li>
 <li>Easily log a pee by installing the Apple Watch app and Complication</li>
 <li>Manually enter the date and time for previous unlogged pees</li>
 <li>Use Siri voice command function to "Log a Pee"</li>
 <li>Long press on the Log Pee button to log a pee at any specific time within the past hour</li>
 <li>Utilize hand wash detection feature</li>
 <li>Create custom Shortcuts for logging pees conveniently</li>
</ul>

To prevent any interruptions while you sleep, P allows you to adjust the Quiet Hours setting.

Additionally, P supports Dark Mode, providing users with customization options according to their preferences.

P can also be used as a straightforward pee tracker, allowing users to export their data as a CSV file. Users can add notes to each pee entry to track additional details such as urgency, color, or amount.

Customize the frequency of water reminders based on your preference, ranging from 0 to 5 hours since your last pee. You can also adjust the interval between notifications, departing from the default 30-minute setting.

P offers various alternate icon designs for users to choose from and even provides an optional feature to view the location of each log on a map.

By connecting P with Apple Heath, users can import hand washing events to identify possible unlogged pees.

Stay motivated by checking your progress against other users on the Leaderboard and aim for consistency!

P offers an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. If you choose to subscribe, your App Store account will be charged, and automatic renewal will occur unless canceled prior to the end of the current period. The P Story
I was tired of suffering from headaches that often hindered my productivity for half a day or more. It occurred to me that inadequate water intake might be the cause.
While there are apps available to remind users to drink water based on their consumption, I found this method cumbersome. How could one accurately track the exact amount of water consumed? Did I need a specialized cup with markings? And what about situations like going for a run, where additional water intake might be required?
I realized that by tracking my bathroom visits, I could leverage this data to prompt myself to drink water whenever a long interval had elapsed since my last visit.
Despite having limited experience in developing iPhone apps, I created a prototype and enlisted a few individuals to test it. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, and in 2016, I released the app to the public. Over the years, numerous satisfied users have managed to log their pees consistently without missing a day.
